What is the typical order process for custom candle dust covers?
The usual order process is price confirmation - size confirmation and test - preparation of artwork - approval of artwork - payment - manufacture - shipping.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is to a bank account in Australia. For overseas customers, payment can be made by using PayPal. We will provide a link for payment in your currency.
How long will my order take to make?
From artwork proof and payment to delivery, the time is usually within 3 weeks. Foiling or emboss may add a few extra days.
How long will my order take to ship to me?
We ship regular orders using TNT - FEDEX or EMS International Post depending on your location and subject to any time in customs, from experience most orders typically take up to 5 - 7 working days for delivery. All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
How do I prepare my artwork
If you have your own designer, we can provide a die line for your size candle dust cover along with the artwork specifications for your designer to follow. We can also prepare your simple artwork. You just need to send us a mock up or sketch to base the design on, along with what desired fonts you want to use. If foiling or embossing is being done, we need any logos or designs in a vector format to make the required tooling. You can send us a sample and we can let you know if it is suitable to use.
